Comparing Current Open Source Unix Systems PRESENTED BY: A Distinguished Panel of Speakers

Seems our discussion meandered off topic last month, so we'll try again. Content management systems (CMS) like Drupal use a relational database like MySQL to store the information which is used to build the HTML for web pages. Drupal provides modules (CCK) to define the content types (tables) and content items (fields) in the database, to build data entry forms and to display the data (Views). We will discuss database structure and demonstrate how Drupal can be used to create an online database system.
